Manage supplies and train new employees **Job Description:** The Cleaning Assistant Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating, guiding, and supervising the cleaning team, ensuring facility organization, hygiene, maintenance, as well as compliance with routines and standards established by the company. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and assign tasks to the cleaning team * Monitor and ensure quality of services performed * Guide the team on correct use of products, equipment, and PPE * Manage supplies and request replenishment when necessary * Train new employees * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and discipline regulations * Report incidents and needs to coordination or management **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (preferred) * Proven experience in cleaning and/or team leadership * Organization, responsibility, and proactivity * Good communication skills and professional demeanor **Advantages:** * Experience as a cleaning supervisor or team leader * Knowledge of professional cleaning products and techniques **Working Hours:** To be defined according to schedule **Work Location:** To be defined **Salary and Benefits:** Market-competitive Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
