Strategic supplier relationship management **RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers of materials, services, and equipment for civil construction projects. • Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring deadlines, commercial terms, and item quality. • Maintain relationships with suppliers and strategic partners to consistently secure optimal commercial and technical conditions. • Monitor delivery schedules and verify compliance with internal department requisitions. • Adhere to internal procedures, compliance policies, and company standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. • Prior procurement experience in the construction sector. • Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. • ERP system familiarity (Sienge preferred). • Strong negotiation skills, organizational ability, proactivity, and teamwork orientation. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00; Friday: 08:00–17:00 **BENEFITS:** Transportation allowance, meal allowance, and health insurance.
