Participation in planning meetings with leadership **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Valid Class B driver's license; Proficiency in Excel; Strong communication skills; Interpersonal relationship skills; Proactivity; Focus and discipline; Organization. **Job Responsibilities:** * Update the routine management dashboard and visible management board on a monthly basis; * Participate in Planning Meetings with the supervisor. . Monitor BH management together with the manager. * Update the incentive board and the monthly “Best/Worst Teams” board. * Provide support for DPO activities. * Perform related tasks as requested by superiors. **Responsibilities:** Carry out Human Resources management routines and ensure compliance with legislation; * Monitor and execute PEX/DPO; * Provide internal consulting and support to Warehousing, Delivery, and Fleet departments; * Commit to operational targets; * Generate, stratify, and analyze logistics KPI monitoring; * Participate in Planning Meetings with Leadership; * Support related departments in executing activities associated with the Productivity DPO pillar.
