Work Location: Nossa Senhora da Glória/SE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and control activities related to projects, planning, costs, and documentation—managing schedules, ensuring tasks are assigned to appropriate resources, completed on time, and within budget; * Monitor, analyze, and validate work performed by designers to ensure correct project implementation; * Prepare terms of reference as needed, maintaining proper documentation; * Technically assess and validate supplier proposals for studies, projects, and construction works, ensuring their feasibility; * Provide construction cost estimates and project quantity takeoffs to support management decision-making prior to project commencement; assist the construction team with project-related queries; supervise construction works to ensure proper execution; * Develop budgets and service compositions, and control construction costs to meet initial project targets; * Report project outcomes under your responsibility to Capex and Operations Management through managerial reports; * Implement improvements in project management workflows, innovating and delivering optimal solutions for the company; * Manage documentation, deliver Data Books and As-Built records (project documentation control) for operations, keeping documentation consistently updated as required; * Coordinate the area under your responsibility, ensuring proper administration of financial, administrative, and human resources. * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Preferred: Postgraduate degree or specialization in related fields; * Preferred knowledge in sanitation; * Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel; * Driver's License Category B At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and actively promote an ethical and inclusive culture.
