Join our team and help us transform the dairy universe***.*** ***\#JoinAlvoarDairy*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Load materials onto the production line; * Prepare materials for feeding the production line; * Conduct material and raw material verification; * Ensure the production line is continuously supplied with required materials and raw materials, guaranteeing their integrity and quality; * Verify production orders; * Identify and segregate conforming and non-conforming materials; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Perform cleaning procedures on machines and utensils (e.g., triblenders, filters, tanks, etc.); * Prepare utensils for production startup; * Box and palletize products; * Operate machinery, where applicable; * Complete production forms and records; * And other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education. * Secondary education preferred. * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility, and Innovation. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * On-site meals; * Group life insurance; * Education incentive program; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * UNIMED health plan; * Optional dental plan; * Milk basket containing 16 liters of milk; * Virtual store for purchasing products at discounted prices; * Profit-sharing program (PLR) based on goal achievement.
