Prior experience in hospital reception, clinical settings, or public-facing roles; Ability to manage **appointment scheduling and medical calendar organization**, ensuring control, confirmation, and rescheduling when necessary; Proficiency in in-person, telephone, and **WhatsApp** communication, with strong written and verbal communication skills; Organized, responsible, proactive profile with focus on patient experience; Emotional balance, empathy, courtesy, and professional demeanor when handling patient tension and vulnerability; Familiarity with hospital management systems is a plus. Cross-departmental interaction: Maintain efficient communication with reception and medical staff to streamline workflow. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Health or Administration fields currently underway are desirable); Basic computer literacy; Organization, attention to detail, and professional confidentiality.
