For over 40 years, Kelco has been part of families in a fun and delightful way — because pets hold a special place in its heart. **Responsibilities and Duties:** **We Expect You To:** Be focused on planning and results; Enjoy working in teams and excel at it; Learn easily; Be innovative and entrepreneurial-minded; Demonstrate responsibility and lead by example. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Distribute, organize, and execute daily activities within the industrial production line department. * Control product quality throughout the production process. * Operate machinery and equipment during the production process, when required. * Operate forklifts. * Lead the team of direct reports. * Assist in supervising factory cleanliness and order. * Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Maintain order and preservation of materials and equipment under your responsibility, and ensure workplace cleanliness and organization. * Comply with quality and safety management system requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience operating machinery and equipment; * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Residency in Selvíria/MS or Ilha Solteira/SP.
