**Responsibilities**
* Timekeeping management
* Monitor employees' working hours records
* Identify and correct inconsistencies
* Validate information with respective departments and employees
* Support monthly timekeeping closure
* Employee onboarding
* Receive and verify onboarding documentation
* Schedule pre-employment medical examinations
* Support new employee integration processes
* Receive termination requests
* Support scheduling of exit medical examinations
* Organize and archive related documentation
* Asset management
* Register company equipment and assets
* Track asset deliveries and returns
* Prepare responsibility agreements
* Update inventory records
* Report asset movements
* Organize and maintain physical and digital files
**Requirements**
* Completed high school education; pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields is preferred.
* Practical experience in the field is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
* Driver's license category B is preferred
