Operational support and incident reporting **City:** Ribas do Rio Pardo, MS **Requirements:** Completed elementary education; high school diploma preferred; Availability to work rotating shifts according to the operational schedule; Immediate availability to start and reside in Ribas do Rio Pardo; Immediate availability to start. **Responsibilities:** Comply with safety, quality, environmental procedures and operational standards for all tasks under responsibility; Monitor the fine injection rate into the blast furnace; Control inventory levels in the pulverized coal silos and surge silo; Verify positions (centralized) of injection lances in tuyeres (furnace nozzles); Collect fine sample analyses every two hours; Inspect and verify daily external conditions of operating equipment; Maintain clean and organized work area; Continuously monitor temperatures, CO levels, silo levels, pressure differentials, etc.; Supply pulverized coal during grinding, drawing from silos or yard; Provide support to PCI operators as needed; Report equipment failures to immediate supervisor and initiate mitigation of initial symptoms; Identify equipment faults and request corrective actions from the maintenance department.
