As a Logistics Assistant, you will provide operational support for administrative routines within the Logistics department, focusing on **invoice exchange and entry**, **truck weigh-in recording**, and **freight payment processing**. This position requires high attention to detail, commitment, and flexibility to perform various tasks as required by operational needs. Your main responsibilities will include: * Supporting the **invoice exchange and entry process**, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to deadlines; * Performing **truck weigh-in recordings**, monitoring entry and exit times, and keeping the system updated; * Supporting the **freight payment process**, tracking pending items, organizing documents, and directing carriers for payment receipt; * Assisting with administrative tasks in the department, maintaining organized records and supporting communication with internal teams and partners; * Providing operational support during vacations or absences of colleagues from the aforementioned areas.
