The FIELD TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT position is ideal for professionals seeking professional growth within a collaborative environment focused on people and processes. Shall we move forward together? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct pest and disease surveys and sampling, soil sampling and pre\-analysis, rouging, evaluation, and setup of experiments; * Support activities related to the Phytosanitary Department, in accordance with the department’s Work Instructions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; technical training in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related fields is desirable; * Field experience (pest surveys, rouging, soil sampling, and agricultural routines related to sugarcane); * Driver’s license category B is desirable; * Familiarity with mobile devices (tablet or similar) is desirable; * Must reside in Rio Brilhante. **Additional Information** Caring for those who are with us is part of our identity.
