The Legion of Good Will (LBV) is hiring a **Social Educator**:
The **Social Educator** promotes citizenship and social inclusion, as well as community development and integration of groups facing social vulnerability, through socioeducational, cultural, and recreational activities—aiming to strengthen individuals' skills and awareness of their fundamental rights and guarantees, thereby overcoming challenges and building autonomous life projects, in support of a solidarity-based, altruistic, and ecumenical society.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Conduct socioeducational activities—including dialogues, debates, talking circles, playful experiences, artistic-cultural expressions, and leisure activities—to strengthen bonds among service users, their families, and unit professionals;
* Pursue continuous professional development to acquire general knowledge, thematic understanding, and competencies relevant to contemporary society and citizenship, with the aim of proposing service axes and objectives;
* Assist service beneficiaries in the dining area and foster autonomy through practical assistance and confidence-building skills;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Education: **Completed High School (Higher education in related fields preferred)**
* Prior experience in the Coexistence and Bond-Strengthening Service (SCFV) is desirable;
* Availability to work flexible hours;
**Additional Information**
* Salary: **R$2\.278,80**
* Workload: **200 hours per month**
* Working Hours: **7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)**
