**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Example: Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Manage the cooperative's client portfolio, aiming to expand the cooperative's reach within its operational area through prospecting visits, client service, and product sales; develop relationship strategies to meet clients' needs and increase the cooperative's business volume and market penetration of its products and services. * Achieve established targets by offering solutions in products and services aligned with clients' expectations; * Ensure promotion of offered products and services by clearly explaining and highlighting their advantages, benefits, interest rates, terms, commercial conditions, and the unique value proposition of cooperative banking. * Handle credit recovery for members, including digital customer service, in accordance with defined authority levels and the Cooperative’s Collection Policy; * Manage overdue accounts to minimize the cooperative’s delinquency rate by issuing weekly reports and proactively managing the cooperative member portfolio, proposing alternatives for potential renegotiations; * Achieve established targets by offering solutions in products and services aligned with clients' expectations; * Ensure promotion of offered products and services; * Comply with requirements set forth by regulatory and supervisory authorities, as well as institutional policies; * Handle credit recovery for members, including digital customer service; * Manage overdue accounts to minimize the cooperative’s delinquency rate; provide necessary data for analysis and decision-making; * Ensure all approved transactions undergo analyses consistent with established policies and regulations, supported by guarantees appropriate to the underlying business; Other related duties. * **Requirements:** * Minimum ANBIMA CPA-10 certification; Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, * Knowledge of negotiation techniques for financial products and services * Knowledge of cooperative credit legislation * Mastery of customer service techniques * Knowledge of the financial market * Mastery of sales techniques Knowledge of financial mathematics * **Benefits:** Birthday Day Off, Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Childcare Allowance, Education Allowance, Gympass, Profit Sharing, Private Pension Plan, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher
