**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Administer corporate Telecommunications and Technology contracts, monitoring validity periods, price adjustments, amendments, contractual obligations, service-level agreements (SLAs), and supplier performance indicators;
* Manage administrative operations for mobile telephony, landline telephony, data links, connectivity, corporate mobility, M2M/IoT, and other telecommunications services;
* Control metering, billing, accruals, payments, cost allocations, claim rejections, and other administrative contract routines, ensuring financial and contractual compliance;
* Monitor contract execution with operators and suppliers, conducting negotiations, alignment sessions, deadline follow-ups, and action plan tracking;
* Develop, analyze, and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and management reports to support decision-making and identify opportunities for cost optimization and service improvement;
* Conduct studies, analyses, and executive presentations related to contracts, projects, consumption, inventories, and financial and operational indicators within the area;
* Support procurement processes, including contract renewals, amendments, RFPs, RFQs, commercial negotiations, and other Telecommunications and Technology service acquisition processes;
* Monitor strategic projects administratively, tracking schedules, risks, deliverables, pending items, and cross-functional interfaces among internal departments, suppliers, and operators;
* Manage contract documentation, ensuring organization, traceability, and information compliance with corporate processes and audits;
* Promote continuous improvement of administrative processes within the area by proposing automation, standardization, new controls, and optimization of operational routines;
* Develop controls and solutions using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other corporate tools to support management, process automation, and information consolidation;
* Support contract and Telecommunications service governance, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate guidelines.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
* Experience in administrative management of corporate contracts;
* Experience in supplier management and relationship handling with Telecommunications operators;
* Experience in financial contract monitoring, metering, billing, payments, and budgetary control (CAPEX/OPEX);
* Experience developing management KPIs, dashboards, and executive presentations;
* Advanced Excel skills;
* Power BI;
* Advanced Microsoft Office Suite;
* Analytical capability for processing and consolidating large volumes of data.
