Directly impact company results Purchaser | Grupo Filtroil – Campina Grande do Sul/PR At Grupo Filtroil, the procurement department plays a strategic role in ensuring the continuity and efficiency of our operations. We seek a **Purchaser** with an analytical profile, strong negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset, who proactively ensures quality, delivery timelines, and optimal cost\-benefit in the company's procurement activities. **Your Responsibilities** * Receive and analyze purchase requisitions from departments * Conduct quotations and negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms * Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries * Manage and develop suppliers * Maintain updated supplier records in the ERP system (OMIE preferred) * Monitor inventory levels in coordination with PCP and warehouse teams * Prepare procurement reports and performance indicators * Support audits and ensure process compliance **How Your Performance Will Be Evaluated** * Responsiveness in addressing requests * Negotiation efficiency * Information organization and reliability * Cost reduction and commercial gains * Timely delivery adherence * Satisfaction of supported departments **What We Expect From You** * Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields * Experience in procurement and negotiation * ERP knowledge (OMIE experience is a plus) * Familiarity with inventory management, PCP, and supply chain concepts * Industrial environment experience is desirable Our Ideal Candidate Profile * Natural negotiator * Organized and disciplined * Focused on cost reduction and efficiency * Clear and effective communicator * Proactive with strategic vision **Job Details** * Working hours: Business hours * Reports directly to the Administrative Manager * On-site work in Campina Grande do Sul/PR **What We Offer:** * Salary: To be negotiated – commensurate with the role * Health insurance plan at no monthly cost to the employee (after probation period) * Meal allowance of BRL 554.30 \+ on-site meals * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher (BRL 11.00 per working day) * Gympass membership and birthday day off * Life insurance and PPR (Profit Sharing Program) **Why Join Grupo Filtroil?** Here, you’ll have the opportunity to grow, develop strategic suppliers, and directly impact company results.
