Job Summary: A professional responsible for surface preparation and application of various painting techniques on buildings, utensils, and club events. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting events and decorating event halls **Painter – Mauá, Colombo/PR \_ Santa Mônica Clube de Campo** **Your Responsibilities:** * Receive daily work instructions from supervisors; * Procure necessary materials for task execution, such as varnish, paint, filler, sandpaper, rollers, brushes, ladders, dumpsters, spatulas, newspapers, tarps, plastic sheeting for floor covering, and others; * Prepare surfaces by scraping, applying filler, sanding, and using preparatory treatments that serve as the base for final painting; * Paint walls, doors, glass, or other surfaces; * Assist in decorative painting for celebration halls and other club events; * Perform painting using latex or oil-based paints on tents, benches, chairs, counters, and other utensils used in club celebrations; * Carry out general painting tasks applying latex paint, enamel, texture, grafiato, and similar coatings; * Perform work at heights using scaffolding and safety equipment to carry out general building maintenance activities; * Provide services at events according to the assigned schedule; * Perform duties related to the position. **Requirements:** Previous experience as a Painter; Surface preparation (technical foundation); Knowledge of materials and tools; Experience with various application techniques; Compliance with safety regulations (adherence to NR\-35). **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break (11:00 AM to 12:00 PM) Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Days off: Sundays **Salary:** III\-H / III\-J Starting: R$ 2\.942,07 \+ (hazard pay) After probation (90 days): R$ 3\.029,75 \+ (hazard pay) **Benefits:** On-site meals (at no cost to the employee) Transportation allowance (with 6% payroll deduction) Attendance bonus in the form of meal vouchers worth R$ 370.00 Discounts on car wash, snack bars, and restaurants within the club Free on-site parking Free access to gym and swimming pool Partnerships with educational institutions Five-year service award Employees' Union Birthday Day Off Compensation: starting from R$2\.940,07 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal vouchers * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
