Interaction with health insurance operators and billing of health plans **Job Description** **Level:** Analyst **Department:** Billing **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Hospital Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or related fields **Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week **Benefits:** Meal allowance of BRL 738.00 per month, transportation voucher, day off, free parking. **Responsibilities and Desired Experience:** \- Account Reconciliation: recording receipts from health plans and insurance operators; \- Denial Appeals; \- Monthly monitoring of all denials eligible for appeal and resubmission within contractual deadlines; \- Reconciliation with the finance department; \- Standardization and updating of fee schedules in the system; entering all fee schedules and contractual renewals established with insurance operators into the institutional software; \- Billing of health plans and insurance operators: performing billing using available software, ensuring compliance with contractual deadlines for submission of electronic and physical billing files, and issuing invoices; \- Sending and editing XML files; \- Monitoring insurance operators' electronic platforms to ensure full payment of invoices; \- Maintaining relationships with medical billing professionals at insurance operators; \- Coordinating internally with all stakeholders involved to ensure complete billing of services rendered; \- Reporting all issues and intervention needs to direct governance to ensure collections and appeals of potential denials by insurance operators; \- Batch closing and posting to the health plan systems. **Mandatory Requirements:** **\- Prior experience in billing within the healthcare sector;** \- Knowledge of CBHPM and BRASINDISE; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; \- Familiarity with XML billing submission platforms; \- Organized, agile, analytical, and execution-oriented profile.
