As a Customer Success Analyst, you will work alongside our Commercial team, supporting the following processes: Build successful partnerships by cultivating strategic relationships and serving as a support point to drive commercial activities Collaborate in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies focused on solutions Understand customer needs and develop action plans that ensure effective service delivery and ongoing support for business growth Resolve customer and operational issues, complaints, and inquiries quickly and efficiently, assertively and with a focus on satisfaction. Continuously retain and engage customers, encouraging business development Be a trusted reference, building a reputation for reliability in any situation—whether providing strategic guidance or day-to-day support Monitor and closely suggest improvements to product performance, proposing new alternatives and adjustments better aligned with our customers’ needs, always aiming to maximize results **What We’re Looking For:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Commercial Management, or related fields; **Strong proficiency with computer tools such as:** Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Microsoft tools, web browsers, and search engines; Experience in contract management.
