Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** Support the Directorate’s Sales team in administrative activities and data analysis to add value to sales results. **Your Impact** * Analyze and map key opportunities from the following reports, identifying bright/hot spots for leadership follow-up: * Connected KPIs (check\-in / check\-out, time in store); * Perfect Store Reports; * TOP20 SKUs; * Route Stoppage / Connected Reports; * OneTeam; * Weekly Sales Forecast updates; * Prepare meeting materials (presentations and invitations); * Track budgets and TPs in the system and support GV; * Govern the Directorate’s Budget/Smart Spending, performing reclassifications and adjustments; * Support GVs and Divisionals in: team vacation management (calendarization); tracking timekeeping issues, justification of fines, route plan reviews, and contract management with customers/distributors; * Address diverse requests from the Directorate or Divisionals, per regional alignment. Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?** Languages: Intermediate English preferred. Education/Degree: Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
