Description
* Process payroll entries and verify all results in accordance with current legislation, following Human Resources Department procedures, ensuring payment on the scheduled date.
* Represent the company as its legal representative before professional associations, labor unions, and the Ministry of Labor, as well as during audits.
* Support the dissemination of all Policies, Standards, and Procedures to all company employees through onboarding activities.
* Maintain the Procedures Manual and Code of Conduct Manual in alignment with company policy.
* Maintain complete control over employee files—both physical and digital—ensuring they remain up-to-date and organized.
* Provide support and assistance to employees.
* Maintain the electronic timekeeping system.
* Administer and monitor all employee benefits, including purchase request processing, via digital systems.
* Generate Human Resources performance reports, such as absenteeism, turnover, headcount, and others.
* Manage the Annual Training Program.
* Conduct the selection process upon request from management.
* Perform other related duties at the discretion of the immediate supervisor and/or in accordance with work process procedures and/or Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures.
* Consistently uphold the company’s quality policy by adhering to established standards and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Completed undergraduate degree. Majors: Administration / Human Resources / Economics / Accounting
* Knowledge of HR processes, labor legislation, and Personnel Department operations.
