We are looking for professionals to directly handle customer service and contract operationalization. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Negotiation skills, proficiency with systems/computers, and goal-oriented mindset **Your Responsibilities:** * Receive customers at the counter, via WhatsApp, and by phone, focusing on solutions; * Carry out the rental process, assisting customers in selecting the ideal equipment; * Prepare proposals and contracts, and update the sales system; * Handle after-sales service and prospect new customers; * Verify equipment delivery and return, provide usage guidance, and deliver safety manuals. **Fixed Salary**: R$ 2.100,00. **Incentives**: Performance-based bonus. **Benefits**: Meal allowance (R$ 500.00/month), transportation voucher, life insurance, and comprehensive training. **Employment Type**: Permanent (CLT). **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour and 12 minutes lunch break) **Location**: Viana/ES
