Job Summary: GMC, one of the leading wheat milling industries, is seeking a professional to support inventory information control and updating, verify logistics documents, and monitor deliveries. Administrative support for the department The **Grande Moinho Cearense** is one of the main food industry companies in the wheat milling sector in Brazil. Founded in 1959, it began operations in 1963 in Fortaleza/CE and has since dedicated itself to producing high-quality flours. Its flagship brand is Dona Maria, widely recognized across the market. Our portfolio includes bakery flours in 50kg and 25kg packages, pre-mixes, whole wheat flour, and powdered baking enhancers. We also offer product lines for food service (5kg packages) and domestic use (traditional flour, flour with yeast, and pizza flour — all in 1kg packages). For the agribusiness segment, we supply wheat bran and ground wheat, important nutritional aids for animal feed. GMC operates facilities in the North and Northeast regions, covering the states of AM, PA, PI, PE, and BA, and serves other states through direct distribution from our Fortaleza facility. **Responsibilities** * Support inventory information control and updating; * Verify logistics operation documents and invoices; * Monitor deliveries and product restocking processes; * Control and organize logistics documents and records. * Provide administrative support for the department; **Requirements** * Be aged between 17 and 23 years; * High school diploma preferred; * Availability for 4 to 6 hours per day.
