Job Summary: This role will assist in Quality and Laboratory routines and processes, perform invoice registration for payments, and contribute to monitoring quality and process compliance indicators. The **Grande Moinho Cearense** is one of Brazil's leading food manufacturing companies in the wheat milling sector. Founded in 1959, it began operations in 1963 in Fortaleza/CE and has since dedicated itself to producing high-quality flours. Its flagship brand is Dona Maria, widely recognized across the market. Our portfolio includes bakery flours in 50kg and 25kg packaging, pre-mixes, whole-wheat flour, and powdered baking enhancers. We also offer product lines for food service in 5kg packaging and for domestic use—traditional flour, flour with yeast, and pizza flour—all in 1kg packages. For the agricultural segment, we supply wheat bran and wheat middlings, important components in animal nutrition. GMC operates facilities in Brazil's North and Northeast regions, covering the states of AM, PA, PI, PE, and BA, and serves all other states through direct distribution from our Fortaleza facility. **Responsibilities** * Assist in executing Quality and Laboratory routines and processes; * Register invoices for payments; * Collect production data for monitoring quality and process compliance indicators; * Contribute to monitoring quality and process compliance indicators in production; * Support the control and analysis of quality-related data in production. **Requirements** * Be aged between 17 and 23 years; * High school diploma preferred; * Availability for 4 to 6 hours per day.
