Job Summary: This Quality Specialist will be responsible for analyzing raw materials, developing control plans, supporting the implementation of quality tools, and managing customer complaints. Develop and revise control and inspection plans (SAP). Support implementation of quality tools (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, R&R). Ensure quality requirements are aligned across all departments. Manage customer complaints and perform technical analysis of failures/nonconformities. Prepare technical reports and conduct supplier audits. Support development of improvements and process optimization. Perform technical monitoring of production areas and implement SPC. Identify and coordinate improvement projects. Support audits (documentation, instructions, follow-ups). Support handling of raw material nonconformities and derogation control. Deliver technical training and support customer requests. Update performance indicators and manage nonconforming materials. Communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
