Job Summary: This Quality Specialist will be responsible for analyzing raw materials, developing control plans, supporting quality tools, managing customer complaints, and auditing suppliers. Develop and review control and inspection plans (SAP). Support the implementation of quality tools (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, R&R). Ensure quality requirements are aligned across all departments. Manage customer complaints and conduct technical failure/NC analysis. Prepare technical reports and perform supplier audits. Support process improvement and optimization initiatives. Monitor production areas technically and implement SPC. Identify and coordinate improvement projects. Support audits (documentation, instructions, follow-ups). Support handling of raw material nonconformities and derogation control. Conduct technical training and support customer requests. Update performance indicators and manage nonconforming materials. Communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
