PlayMais is your place.** **We are seeking an FTTH Network Technician** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Install and maintain optical fiber, FTTx, GPON, and network infrastructure; * Configure equipment and perform Internet connectivity tests; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optical fiber network availability per SLA; * Record service requests in the ticketing system; * Ensure customer success and handle unique service requirements; * Report operational failures and qualitative/quantitative performance indicators; **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, you must meet the following requirements:** * Work collaboratively and at heights. * Desired education: Completed or ongoing High School (Secondary Education); * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). **The following qualifications are considered advantageous:** * Experience in telecommunications or related services. **Additional Information** **What else you need to know:** * Working hours follow standard business hours, with on-call duty or time-off compensation arrangements. * This is an on-site position located in Manaus \- Therefore, candidates must reside in the area of operation. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; * Training opportunities and career growth prospects; * Transportation Voucher.
