Job Summary: Work as an FTTH Installation Technician, performing optical fiber installation and maintenance, FTTx, GPON, and ensuring customer success. Key Highlights: 1. PlayMais is your place.** **We are looking for an FTTH Installation Technician.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Install and maintain optical fibers, FTTx, and GPON; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optical fiber network availability according to SLA; * Record service requests in the ticketing system; * Escalate cases to Level 2 support when necessary; * Guide and resolve customer inquiries regarding service usage; * Deliver user training on system usage; * Ensure customer success and address specific service requirements; * Report operational failures and qualitative and quantitative performance indicators; **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, you must meet the following requirements:** * Minimum Education: Completed or currently pursuing high school diploma; * Basic knowledge of IT and networking; * Valid driver’s license (Category B); * Proactive; patient; committed; eager to learn; * Skills in continuous improvement and process review; **The following qualifications are considered advantageous:** * Experience in telecommunications or service industries. **Additional Information** **What else you need to know:** * Working hours during standard business hours; * This is an on-site position located in Manaus — therefore, candidates must reside in the area. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; * Partial Medical Assistance; * Training and career development opportunities; * Transportation Allowance.
