If you identify with our Company, come be VALGROUP—together we can go much further! **\#joinus** **Responsibilities and Duties** **People Management and Leadership** * Coordinate the maintenance team, promoting technical and behavioral development of employees. * Encourage continuous improvement and team leadership, ensuring a collaborative and safe work environment. * Promote technical training and skill development, raising the team's competency level. * Periodically inform the team about department indicators' status, ensuring everyone is aware of areas needing improvement. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on machines, industrial equipment, building facilities, refrigeration systems, and compressed air systems. * Supervise third-party services, including maintenance on 13.8 kV and 69 kV substations (direct execution only with electrical technical qualification). * Ensure efficient operation of equipment, guaranteeing continuity of production processes and striving to achieve department targets. * Ensure all department procedures are followed, suggesting updates when necessary. * Monitor strategic department indicators, reporting required adjustments to PCM to achieve defined OEE. * Actively participate in strategic meetings regarding productivity and process improvements, development of AQFs, etc. * Keep the Qualiex system updated regarding actions under your responsibility. * Develop innovative solutions to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency. * Localize parts and create alternative systems for extruders and peripherals. * Design and draft improvements using tools such as AutoCAD. * Generate and analyze maintenance reports and indicators, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Reduce rework and increase operational predictability through effective methodologies. * Coordinate material movements, purchase requisitions, and inventory control. * Operate in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the maintenance area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or Production. * SAP system knowledge desirable; * Intermediate English and Power BI (desirable); * Knowledge of management tools; * Knowledge of maintenance indicators. * Must reside in the Manaus \- AM region **Additional Information** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Basic Food Basket * Transportation Route * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing (PLR) * On-site Meal With nearly half a century in the market, **Valgroup** has established itself as a reference in plastic production, processing, and recycling, with strategically located units across Brazil and worldwide.
