Monitoring of procurement indicators and policies Job Mission Ensure the supply of materials, inputs, and services by negotiating with suppliers and securing optimal cost\-benefit, quality, and delivery timelines, aligned with the company's needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers Issue and track purchase orders Develop and qualify new suppliers Monitor delivery timelines and perform follow\-up Negotiate delivery timelines, amounts, and payment terms Analyze cost\-benefit and propose cost reductions Manage contracts and commercial agreements Support procurement planning together with PCP Monitor departmental indicators (savings, average lead time, service level) Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies Requirements Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields Prior experience in procurement Knowledge of supplier negotiation Proficiency in Excel (minimum intermediate level) Experience with ERP systems
