Job Summary: Building maintenance professional responsible for performing general repairs, plumbing, electrical work, and preserving facility integrity. Key Highlights: 1. Perform general maintenance on various building facilities 2. Focus on preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Work environment that values agility, organization, and responsibility \- General building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, and basic civil works). Minor repairs to walls, floors, doors, windows, and roofs. \- Plumbing system repairs, including faucets, valves, flush mechanisms, and piping. \- Intermediate electrical services, such as replacing light bulbs, outlets, switches, and inspecting wiring. \- Painting and finishing in areas requiring repair. Assembly and maintenance of building furniture and equipment. \- Supervision and support of specialized technical services when required. \- Ensure preservation and proper functioning of common building areas. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Proven experience in building maintenance, including electrical and plumbing systems; Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance; Completion of NR10, NR35, and other relevant safety training courses; Agile, organized, communicative, flexible, and responsible profile.
