Proactive, organized profile with strong problem-solving ability **Job: Maintenance Artisan (CLT Employment Regime)** **Position Summary:** Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance services on building installations, including civil, electrical, hydraulic, and painting repairs, ensuring preservation and full functionality of the company's physical infrastructure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform repairs on electrical installations (lamp, ballast, socket, and switch replacements). * Conduct basic plumbing maintenance (leak repairs, faucet, trap, and flush valve repairs). * Carry out masonry work, minor plastering, floor tiling, and paint touch-ups. * Maintain roofs and gutters (essential for the regional climate). * Ensure cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education. * Proven CLT employment experience in the role. * Solid knowledge of building electrical and plumbing systems. * **Preferred Qualifications:** Valid **NR10** and **NR35** certifications. * Proactive, organized profile with strong problem-solving ability. **What the company offers:** * Competitive local market salary (average of **R$ 2.115,00**). * Benefits package (Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance, and Basic Food Basket). * Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and necessary tools.
