Supports preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities **GENERAL SERVICES (MAINTENANCE)** **Location:** Sollarium Mall Shopping Center The **Sollarium Mall** is looking for a committed and proactive professional to work in **General Services – Maintenance**, assisting in the preservation and optimal operation of the shopping center. **Job Description** The employee will be responsible for performing general maintenance services as required by the site, ensuring a safe, organized, and fully functional environment for tenants and customers. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform minor electrical, hydraulic, and structural repairs * Conduct maintenance as needed * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities * Assist with assembly and disassembly of structures when necessary * Maintain tools, equipment, and work materials * Fulfill operational requirements of the mall according to supervision instructions **Requirements** * Prior experience in building maintenance or general services * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and general repairs * Proactivity and responsibility * Good organizational skills and teamwork ability * Flexible availability **Advantages** * Training courses in building maintenance * Experience in shopping malls, commercial centers, or condominiums **Desired Profile** We seek an agile, committed individual who can solve everyday problems and pays attention to detail.
