Strategically drive sustainability and continuous improvement **Description** We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead and optimize field operational activities. This professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, process efficiency, performance indicator control, and operational excellence, strategically contributing to service sustainability and continuous improvement in alignment with company guidelines. **Responsibilities** * Plan, supervise, and optimize field environmental operations; * Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and regulatory standards; * Manage waste collection, treatment, and disposal processes; * Monitor operational and environmental performance indicators (KPIs); * Coordinate operational teams (technicians, operators, and assistants); * Prepare technical reports and support environmental audits; * Serve as the interface with clients and regulatory agencies; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and reduction of environmental impacts; * Support the implementation of sustainability and environmental management projects. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related fields; * Experience in environmental operations and waste management; * Familiarity with environmental legislation and licensing processes; * Experience leading operational teams; * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills and results orientation; * Knowledge of management tools and performance indicators; * Willingness to work 100% onsite in Manaus \- AM.
