Support senior analysts in operational activities Human Resources consulting firm seeks a Junior Systems Analyst in Manaus. **Responsibilities:** Analyze incidents escalated by Tier 1, conducting in-depth technical investigation to confirm threats or rule out complex false positives. Perform basic adjustments and create exceptions for detection rules in the SIEM. Keep the knowledge base (KB) updated with new attack scenarios and procedures. Handle medium-complexity technical tickets, providing evidence and guidance to customers. Support senior analysts in War Rooms by collecting logs, evidence, and performing operational tasks. Accurately log hours spent on support activities and projects (Timesheet). Conduct critical analysis of security alerts, propose improvements, and support customer presentations. Previous experience as a Junior Developer, Junior Programmer, IT Analyst, or Systems Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role.
