If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle, load, and unload raw materials, packaging, finished products, equipment, and other company materials. * Locate, sort, and transport materials to loading docks for shipment. * Store products and materials in appropriate locations, ensuring their integrity and organization. * Conduct daily forklift inspections, complete the verification checklist, and identify potential malfunctions. * Immediately report any anomalies to supervisors and dispatch the equipment for maintenance when necessary. * Maintain forklifts in good working condition—keeping them clean, refueled, and operational. * Drive the forklift to the refueling station (pit-stop) and wait for authorized personnel to refill the LPG. * Comply with internal safety regulations: maximum speed limits, pedestrian walkways, audible signaling in critical areas, etc. * Operate equipment responsibly, adhering to NR-11 guidelines and internal company standards. * Assess storage conditions of materials on pallets, reorganizing them in case of tipping or damage (e.g., torn bags). * Clean and organize the work area and the forklift. * Clean and inspect forklift containers and components. * Assist in organizing materials in the warehouse to support smooth logistics operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid and up-to-date NR-11 certification; * Driver’s license category B; * Availability to work rotating 12x36 shifts (06:00–18:00 or 18:00–06:00); * Knowledge and proficiency in operating LPG-powered forklifts; * Residence in the Manaus–AM region. **Additional Benefits** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Profit-sharing program (PPR) For nearly half a century, **Valgroup** has established itself as a benchmark in plastic production, processing, and recycling, with strategically located facilities across Brazil and worldwide.
