Job Summary: We are seeking an organized professional with a service-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills to handle client reception and guidance, scheduling of exams, and other administrative tasks. We value curious professionals who constantly seek better ways to deliver outstanding results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive and direct external and internal clients; * Guide patients and/or their family members regarding outpatient care policies and routines; * Attend meetings scheduled by supervision and/or coordination; * Participate in internal or external training sessions promoted by the institution, with prior approval from immediate supervision; * Register patients for appointments, verifying referral forms/authorizations, personal identification documents, and health insurance cards for system enrollment; * Schedule exams and consultations according to descriptions, instructions, preparation requirements, and available dates; * Prepare exam cost estimates; * Comply with the Institution’s policies, rules, regulations, and all other duties related to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Experience with medical health insurance plans * Prior experience in this role is mandatory * Strong interpersonal skills **Additional Information** **Salary: R$ 1\.538,00 \+ 303,60 (Hazard Pay)** **Schedule: 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday / 08:00–12:00, Saturday.** Medical Assistance Plan Dental Plan Pharmacy Allowance Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher Life Insurance On-site Parking Birthday Day Off 6-Month Maternity Leave 30-Day Paternity Leave And additional benefits.
