Many other highlights include cutting-edge talent development initiatives and competitive benefits. **Our Opportunity:** We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to join our Logistics team, responsible for executing transportation services for pickup and delivery, controlling fleet supplies, and contributing to operational excellence and departmental results. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive, organize, verify, and control all documentation related to pickup and delivery transportation services (transport documents, invoices, proof of delivery, delivery receipts, service orders), maintaining control spreadsheets and systems up to date; * Support pickup and delivery routing processes through specific reports, aiming to identify optimal options and ensure adherence to scheduling; * Perform controls and updates in TMS KMM, SIL (Opentech), E-Cargo, and other systems, supporting routine execution—including collaboration with other company departments; * Control required documentation for work-related accident reporting, including its processing and deadlines, and relay information to employees and relevant departments. Monitor statistical data and complete requested reports; * Monitor daily operations using tracking systems and communication devices to ensure freight receipt; * Comply with procedures and instructions related to your role, as well as the company’s general policies and procedures; * Commit to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, correcting, preventing, and reducing undesirable effects, and reporting system performance whenever necessary; Perform other activities of equivalent complexity as assigned by your manager; * **Who We’re Looking For:** If you meet the requirements below, this is your chance to join this high-performing team and be part of this great moment in our organization! * Preferred: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree * Completed High School: Administration, International Trade, or related fields; * Languages: Intermediate English is a plus; **Location:** Manaus – On-site At Maersk, we value the diversity of our talents and strive to recruit the best person for the job.
