Coordinate logistics team activities, assigning tasks and monitoring performance Plan and organize receiving, warehousing, material handling, and shipping operations Monitor logistics performance indicators Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct periodic inventories, and analyze discrepancies. Comply with operational procedures and safety regulations Support management in optimizing logistics processes and reducing operational costs Address operational issues and improve logistics flows Support management in training and guiding the team, managing overtime banks, vacations, timekeeping, overtime hours, and preparing reports and logistics performance analysis Perform duties compatible with the department to contribute to the proper flow of company activities, acting proactively and preventively Act as a conscious professional agent aware of one’s role and responsibilities toward achieving expected excellence, ensuring that one’s behavior and conduct comply with the company’s Code of Ethics.
