It is precisely such sighs that we strive to inspire — working ever harder and better. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support administrative and operational activities inherent to the department; * Handle telephone inquiries; * Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required; * Organize documents by order and type as needed, according to demand; * Assist with operational activities as required by the department; * Serve all internal and external customers with courtesy, respect, and efficiency; * Attend 100% of training sessions to which you are invited by the organization; * Perform other duties pertinent to the position; * Safeguard the confidentiality and security of information, adhering to information security and data protection policies and standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** "The *YAMAHA Group operates its own dedicated channel to publish job opportunities.
