Job Summary: The logistics assistant receives, stores, sorts, and verifies materials; monitors inventory and transportation; and maintains warehouse organization. Key Highlights: 1. Actively participates in inventory counts and stock audits Reporting to the Logistics Coordinator, our logistics assistant receives, stores, sorts, and verifies materials according to requests designated for the company unit. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receives, verifies, and stores various warehouse/inventory materials to meet the company unit's requirements; * Records incoming and outgoing items in spreadsheets and control systems, calculating current stock balances for inventory control and traceability; * Ensures proper material storage to guarantee safety and expedite order fulfillment; * Picks products according to *picking lists* and internal requisitions, placing them on *pallets* for dispatch from the company unit; * Updates inventory records for control purposes, monitors transportation and delivery, and ensures appropriate service to requesters via email, phone calls, and other means; * Maintains warehouse cleanliness and organization; * Actively participates in physical stock counts and periodic inventories; * Travels between network stores to conduct inventories and stock counts as per internal scheduling; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B or AB) is mandatory to enable mobility and operational support across all company units; * Performs other related duties as directed by Coordination. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Basic computer skills; * **Driver's License** **B** or **AB**; * High level of organization; * Attention to detail; * Agility; * Teamwork skills. **Additional Information** * CLT employment contract \- 44 hours per week; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Medical plan with 50% company / 50% employee co-payment \- Samel or Adventist; * Dental plan fully covered by the company \- SulAmérica; * Driving school partnership; * 15% discount at Tapajós Group pharmacies; * 15% discount at Avenida Optical Stores; * 30% discount on O Boticário products; * University and technical school partnerships; * Life insurance; * Psychological support; 2 therapy sessions per month; * Birthday day off \+ cake.
