**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Verify all conditions for termination: job stability/occupational accident/CIPA restrictions.
* Process resignation, dismissal without cause, and dismissal for cause.
* Verify attendance records, benefits, deductions, overtime hours, and collective bargaining agreements (CCT).
* Enter information into the system (Pró\-Folha).
* Schedule various events at the labor union.
* Print and review the Employment Termination Agreement (verify all entitlements).
* Conduct homologation at the labor union and the Ministry of Labor within the legally mandated timeframe.
* Monitor and record annual returns in the system (Pró\-Folha).
* Monthly monitoring of vacation scheduling compliance.
* Track vacation period expiration dates.
* Manage the list of pending vacation items (originating from corporate).
* Review monthly vacation scheduling.
* Monitor vacation payment deadlines (per legal requirements).
* Oversee vacations and terminations/homologations across all branches.
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Human Resources, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
* Minimum one year of experience in the Human Resources Department, including onboarding, offboarding, labor calculations, etc.
* Advanced computer skills (Excel).
* Flexible working hours
* Residence in Manaus
