Your responsibilities will include: * Regularly visiting retail points of sale (PDVs) in the retail channel; * Prospecting new customers and identifying business opportunities; * Presenting and negotiating products, commercial terms, and promotional campaigns; * Conducting post-sales activities while maintaining strong customer relationships; * Monitoring performance indicators and sales results; * Ensuring proper product execution at PDVs (e.g., display, pricing, etc.); * Participating in alignment meetings and commercial training sessions. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in external sales; * Strong communication skills, consultative attitude, and results orientation. * Organizational skills for portfolio management, customer visits, and reporting. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel for customer visits. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in distribution companies, wholesale, or retail. * Familiarity with sales targets and commercial performance indicators.
