Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty #### **About the position:** * The F\&I (Finance and Insurance) Operator is responsible for facilitating the sale of financial and insurance products, offering solutions tailored to customers' needs, while ensuring the feasibility of financing and credit operations in accordance with dealership policies and partner financial institutions. If you are a dynamic, communicative individual with a passion for working with targets and customer service, this opportunity is ideal for you! #### **Main responsibilities:** * Attend to and advise customers on available financing, consortium, and insurance options at the dealership; * Analyze customers' credit profiles, complete and submit proposals for approval by financial institutions; * Present and explain various financial and insurance products according to customers' needs; * Assist customers in selecting the most suitable financing and insurance plans, performing simulations and clarifying doubts; * Prepare financing, insurance, and other financial product contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complies with legal requirements; * Monitor the credit approval process; * Maintain updated customer records, ensuring information completeness and accuracy; * Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty; * Track and meet monthly sales targets for financial and insurance products; * Ensure all procedures and documents comply with financial and insurance sector regulations; * Stay up-to-date on market credit and insurance offerings, as well as partner institutions' policies; * Perform other duties related to the role. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education (a college degree in related fields is considered an advantage). * Prior experience in selling financial products, insurance, or related areas, preferably in the automotive segment; * Knowledge of financing, consortium, and insurance processes; * Negotiation and assertive communication skills; * Ability to work with targets and under pressure; * Proactivity, organization, and customer service focus. #### **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * TotalPass;
