Commitment to hygiene and discretion standards **Job Mission** Serve guests with discretion, courtesy, and efficiency by delivering food and beverages to their rooms, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive food and beverage orders via telephone or internal system; * Prepare trays and trolleys according to orders; * Deliver orders to guest rooms discreetly and courteously; * Verify orders prior to delivery to ensure quality and presentation; * Collect trays and utensils after consumption; * Assist in organizing and cleaning the pantry and support areas; * Monitor consumption, report shortages, and assist in inventory control; * Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and internal procedures; * Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality regarding guest information. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * Customer service experience (advantageous); * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Efficiency, organization, and attention to detail; * Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; * Commitment to hygiene and discretion standards.
