The professional will be responsible for serving customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring dining room organization, and providing a pleasant experience for customers. **Responsibilities** * Greet and seat customers. * Present the menu and clarify questions regarding dishes and beverages. * Accurately and attentively record orders. * Serve food and beverages according to house standards. * Organize and clean tables before and after service. * Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff as part of a team. * Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their entire stay at the establishment. * Process bill settlements when required. **Requirements** * Completed elementary or high school education. * Prior experience as a waiter (preferred). * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. * Agility and organizational skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in medium- or large-scale restaurants. * Basic knowledge of wines and beverages. * Training in customer service or hospitality.
