Job Summary: Assist in the production of bread, cakes, and desserts; maintain an organized work environment; and ensure product quality, with emphasis on hygiene and food safety. Key Highlights: 1. Development of skills in food handling and presentation. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in bakeries, confectioneries, or kitchens (desirable but not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Ability to work in a team. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Availability to work during varying shifts (morning, afternoon, or weekends). * Agility and willingness to perform physical tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the production of bread, cakes, desserts, and savory items according to the baker/confectioner's instructions. * Prepare ingredients and sort necessary materials for daily production. * Shape, bake, and finish products upon request. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, complying with hygiene and food safety standards. * Package, label, and organize finished products for display or delivery. * Restock display cases and shelves, ensuring attractive product presentation. * Monitor expiration dates and quality of displayed items. * Provide basic customer service when required. * Support receiving and storage of goods.
