Ensure operational efficiency and hygiene **OPEN POSITION \| MID-LEVEL KITCHEN CHEF** We are looking for a **Mid-Level Kitchen Chef** to lead our kitchen operations, ensuring **standards, speed, quality, and cost control**, with a focus on **high-volume delivery**. **Job Mission** Manage kitchen operations, leading and training the team to ensure dish consistency, hygiene, operational efficiency, and COGS control. **Key Responsibilities** ✔ Ensure complete mise en place per station ✔ Maintain standards for plating, finishing, and presentation of dishes ✔ Organize delivery workflow and dispatch, especially during peak hours ✔ Ensure production time remains within standard ✔ Monitor portion sizes, ingredient yield, and waste ✔ Track COGS and record daily losses ✔ Lead the team, build station-based schedules, and conduct training sessions ✔ Provide individual and group feedback **Mandatory Requirements** Minimum 2 years of experience in professional kitchens At least 1 year leading a shift or team Experience with delivery operations and high-volume environments Organized, disciplined profile with leadership attitude Ability to train and deliver feedback firmly and respectfully **Preferred Qualification** Experience with Japanese cuisine or Asian cooking **Compensation** Base salary: **R$ 2\.500,00** Variable pay: **up to R$ 1\.500,00** Benefits **Location:** Manaus/AM **Applicants:** Send resume to **rh@singularsushi.com** Job type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Pay: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Partner discounts and commercial agreements * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
