We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to join our team and contribute to the company's administrative routines. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and possesses strong communication skills to work in the finance department, providing support for administrative tasks and collections. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect outstanding amounts from customers; * Negotiate payment methods and monitor agreed-upon terms; * Record and update information for internal and external customers; * Update customer records and identify improper charges; * Prepare and analyze collection documents and instruments; * Provide assistance to internal and external customers to clarify doubts related to collections; * Provide administrative support to finance routines and other departmental activities; * Support billing-related processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is desirable); * Prior experience in administrative routines involving collections is a plus; * Basic knowledge of the **Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** and/or Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive); * Knowledge of billing and finance routines; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Willingness to travel; * Experience with financial systems/ERP; * Experience in customer service and negotiation of overdue accounts. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Funeral Assistance * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * University Partnerships: Fametro, Anhanguera, Ciesa, and Literatus * Pharmacy Partnership * Easy payment options for company products * Wellhub * SESC Accreditation With 40 years of history, Ramsons was founded with the purpose of offering the best in home appliances, electronics, furniture, and much more.
