We value curious professionals who constantly strive to find better ways of doing things. **Responsibilities and duties** * Providing support to patients; * Handling telephone inquiries and providing various information; * Accurately entering customer registration data into the Agenda Exames and Tasy systems; * Scheduling exams and consultations according to descriptions, instructions, preparation requirements, and observations, based on available dates; * Preparing exam cost estimates; * Verifying eligibility and requesting authorizations in accordance with patient needs and health insurance plans; * Receiving and identifying biological specimens for analysis; * Performing other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor, within the scope of other activities. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role is required; * Knowledge of medical insurance plans; * Familiarity with the Tasy system (desirable). **Additional information** **Schedule:** **Monday to Friday** from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (1-hour break), and **Saturday** from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM; **Salary:** R$ 1.643,00 + 324.20 (*Hazard pay*) * Medical assistance plan * Dental plan * Pharmacy allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher * Life insurance * On-site parking * WellHub – Gympass * Birthday day off * 6-month maternity leave * 30-day paternity leave * And other benefits.
