Management of Occupational Health and Safety We are looking for a professional to serve as a Human Resources Analyst performing the following responsibilities: * Recruitment and selection * Onboarding of new employees * Organization and development of internal training * Monitoring and management of HR metrics * Administration of job classifications and compensation, and oversight of annual employee performance management. * Management of Occupational Health and Safety. * Knowledge of payroll processing (verification and system entry of timekeeping records) is desirable. * Electronic timekeeping (calculation and correction of time entries) * Labor charges * Calculation and verification of vacation pay and 13th salary. Requirements: Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields relevant to HR functions.
