We are a 95-year-old company providing comprehensive technology and solutions for the electric power sector. \#VemSerNansen We are looking for a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR to plan and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring equipment and facility availability, reliability, and safety. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the electrical and electromechanical maintenance team. * Plan and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs. * Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, costs). * Diagnose failures in industrial machines and equipment. * Control maintenance costs, spare parts inventory, and supplier contracts. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations (NRs, ISO, best practices). * Prepare technical and managerial reports for the department. * Monitor installations, renovations, and improvements to machines and processes. * Train and develop the technical team. Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. * Proven experience supervising or leading industrial maintenance teams. * Knowledge of industrial machine maintenance, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams. * Familiarity with regulatory standards (NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-13, NR\-35\). * Proficiency in maintenance KPIs and management systems (Totvs).
